If negotiation fails, parties will engage in mediation with a mutually agreed mediator.
If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under Pakistani law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
